Club Assembly

The club assembly was held at Twickenham Guest House kindly made available to us by Mike and Linda Vink. The lunch was great and that is all.....

Just kidding!! We had a lively discussion around the focus of the Club, projects and a few other topics as well. Ian said he will do some homework around potential projects in the surrounding areas and report back in about a month. One clear thing that came from the assembly was that members need to have their space for individual projects.

Paul Kasango was pushed, bumped, shoved.... into the PE position and Frayne will keep her seat as secretary. Julian will take his turn at Foundation and IPP Steve took Treasurer. Let the games begin and we are off to a hot start!

Rotary Family Health Days are fast approaching and we need to get our heads around this important event. This year will be a bit different than the last two, but as we go along it becomes easier. (we are gaining experience after all)  A few household items were discussed and will be auctioned to complete those tasks.

Remember the Barnyard function with Rivonia Toyota is next, then the Health Days and the golf day at Parkview in November. A busy month or two ahead for all.
